This was our first time dealing with WMC. Andy was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and provide additional information. He was patient in answering our questions, and didn't pressure sell. We arranged a test drive, and reviewed paperwork in person and was able to negotiate deal we were both happy with it. We've had the car just over 4 weeks, and have recently received the V5. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend WCM or buy from them again in the future.

I recently bought my second car from this dealership after deciding I wanted to swap from a saloon to an estate.
Their vehicles are always very well priced for their condition.
The sales team are helpful but not at all pushy: honest, reliable and transparent with excellent customer service - makes for a relaxing experience.
I'll definitely return to them if I ever decide to change cars (again!!)

Cannot recommend Andy highly enough, popped in to look at the Vauxhall but spotted the Volvo. He gave me the keys to both and left me to look for a few minutes.
He then explained the different spec of both so I could decide.
Went back the next day for a quick test drive, there was a problem that was recthat day so went back the next day and bought it.
Gave me a very good price for my cat to trade too

Was in Norfolk on holiday in September and happened upon Wooton Motors. As others have said Andy was very helpful regarding options and looked over and gave us a trade in price while not trying to push a sale. We decided on a vehicle but when doing the final checks James said there was a problem and we ended up going for another car. As we were on a tight timescale and returning home to the North of Scotland James really helped get everything ready and in place for the trade and return home.
Two months later the car is running well with no problems.
Excellent and honest service from this company. Their reputation and customer satisfaction is clearly very important to them. Although we live a 10 hour drive away I would definitely make the journey if I was purchasing another vehicle.
